Vertical Gardens

Imagine a garden that you could frame and hang on your wall.

Well, wait no longer -- San Francisco's Flora Grubb Gardens has created a magnificent hanging oasis.  An amazing gardening feat with succulents framed on a wall like a live painting.  It would be magical to wake up to this lovely arrangement of floral awesomeness

Jobless?

While searching the magnificent technological advancement, otherwise known as the World Wide Web, I came across more recession news.  However, there was something a little bit different than the common 'prepare for bread lines' article; it was the 2009 Unemployment Olympic Games in New York City.  One of many events included the "fax machine toss" -- something that would've been interesting to watch.  There was also a variation on the popular Pin the Tail on the Donkey: "Pin the Blame on The Boss." Solid idea.
I hope you participated if you were in New York.  If not, maybe you should get fired.
Pretty sweet drawings on the website, check it out: http://www.unemploymentgames.com/

if i were president...

...(I love the "if I were President" game) I would make sure there was constant peace on earth  (and that strawberries were always in season and dandelion fields that you could run through were copious).

But, I'm not President. So instead, I just paint about peace, and flowers, and beautiful ideas and hope that the President might see them.
(you got to dream big).

both below paintings are originals (apologies for the not-so-wonderful photography)
